Rugby Tackling Life (RTL) is a Ugandan women-led organisation that integrates rugby and life skills to equip girls and young women to tackle life off the pitch as well as explore their sporting talent through rugby. Rugby Tackling Life (RTL) was first registered with the Ugandan NGO board as a CBO in 2016 before registering as an indigenous non-profit national NGO in 2018.
